Terms of Service

By using AlgorithmsData services at express-engine.algorithmsdata.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

AlgorithmsData provides automated data processing services including:

• ✓ CSV/XLSX Import Rescue (data cleanup and normalization)
• ✓ CRM Hygiene & Dedup (contact deduplication and standardization)
• ✓ OCR Document Parsing (structured data extraction from documents)
• ✓ Document to Accounting (invoice/receipt to journal entry conversion)
• ✓ Reconciliation Matching (transaction matching between two datasets)

Services are provided on a per-file, per-transaction basis with no subscription or recurring charges.

• • Prices are calculated based on file volume (rows, pages, or transactions) and displayed before payment
• • All prices are in U.S. dollars
• • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• • You authorize the charge at the time of checkout
• • Prices are subject to change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay

• 1 You upload files for free analysis
• 2 We show you the volume metrics and price
• 3 You pay via Stripe checkout
• 4 We process your files using automated AI systems
• 5 We deliver results to your email with a download link
• 6 Download links expire after 7 days

You agree NOT to:

• × Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• × Upload files that you do not have the right to process
• × Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our processing algorithms
• × Use the service to process data in violation of applicable laws
• × Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to disrupt the service
• × Use automated tools to repeatedly access the service without payment

• • Maximum file sizes: 200MB for spreadsheets, 500MB for documents
• • Maximum volume: 500,000 rows or 5,000 pages per job
• • Supported formats: CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS, PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, ZIP
• • Files that exceed limits will be rejected with an explanation
• • For reconciliation: upload a ZIP containing exactly 2 CSV or XLSX files

• • All files undergo multi-pass AI validation
• • We provide quality metrics with every result (rows processed, errors found, confidence scores)
• • Results are delivered as-is based on automated processing
• • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for OCR extraction from poor-quality scans or handwritten documents
• • If you believe results are incorrect, contact support@algorithmsdata.io

• • If our processing fails to produce any usable output due to a system error on our end, we will reprocess your file or issue a full refund
• • If results are delivered but do not meet your expectations, contact support@algorithmsdata.io within 7 days. We review and reprocess or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis
• • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
• • We do not offer refunds for files that were processed correctly but contained data that could not be meaningfully cleaned or extracted (e.g., blank files, corrupted data, unsupported languages)

• ✓ You retain all rights to your data and files
• ✓ We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or results we deliver
• ✓ We do not use your files to train AI models or for any purpose other than processing your request
• ✓ The AlgorithmsData name, logo, and service are our intellectual property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• • Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific processing job in question
• • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• • We are not liable for any actions you take based on processed results
• • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of results before using them in production systems, financial reports, or regulatory filings

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold AlgorithmsData harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

• • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• • We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability
• • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Stripe, hosting providers, etc.)

You agree not to upload files containing personal data of children under 13 years of age. If we discover such data has been uploaded, we will delete it immediately and may terminate your access.

• • You may stop using the service at any time
• • To request account deletion, email support@algorithmsdata.io
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• • Upon termination, all uploaded files and results are deleted within 7 days

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
